Queens Park Rangers fans would have been disappointed to concede a late equaliser.
It was very nearly three wins in a row for QPR and their first on the road for quite a while. Very nearly.
A late Preston North End equaliser denied the R's, of course, despite a lead held throughout that could have given the west London side a very big boost indeed.
The positive spin is that it's three games unbeaten for QPR. They didn't lose and showed they can produce some sort of performance away from home.
And Rodney Marsh was positive on Twitter - perhaps surprisingly so.
The former QPR forward is usually cynical when it comes to the R's and many supporters would have been gutted to drop two points. For Marsh, though, this was a plus at Loftus Road.

Next up for QPR is a home clash against Middlesbrough, before a trip to Leeds United. Both games come after the international break, where the R's can get over their late disappointment at Preston - and take stock of plenty of recent positives.
