The Reds knocked out Manchester United on Thursday evening.
The Reds progressed on Thursday evening after a goal from Philippe Coutinho levelled Anthony Martial’s penalty to see them through 3-1 in the tie.
The win puts them into the last eight of the competition, where they could meet several top European sides, including current holders Sevilla.
They are likely to face a tough game whoever they draw, but Ince believes they will think they have a great chance of winning the competition after knocking out their rivals.
“I’m sure after getting past Manchester United they’ll think they’ve got a great chance,” he told BT Sport.
“But Sevilla are going for the third time in a row and they’re a very good side.”
“Liverpool will feel though, of those teams in there, they’ve got a great chance now. Although apart from Sparta Prague and Braga, you wouldn’t like to call it.”
It will certainly be interesting to see if Liverpool focus solely on the Europa League rather than the Premier League from here on in.
Some still feel they have an outside chance of making the top four, and there’s no denying that they would prefer Champions League qualification to success in the Europa League.
At this stage though, the latter seems to be a more realistic target although they will first have to negotiate past Jurgen Klopp’s former club Borussia Dortmund if they are to be successful.
