The Frenchman has enjoyed a wonderful first season in the Premier League.
Dimitri Payet has beaten off competition from West Ham teammate Mark Noble and Tottenham star Christian Eriksen to win the PFA Fans' Premier League Player of the Month award for February, Sky Sports reports.
The Frenchman continued his stunning form for Slaven Bilic's side throughout the month, scoring three goals in all competitions, including the Hammers' first as they came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with Norwich and a brace in the FA Cup victory over Blackburn.
In both games, he would also contribute an assist for his side.
His performances helped guide the Irons to two wins and a draw from their four league games - as well as FA Cup wins over Liverpool, during which he got the assist for the Angelo Ogbonna's winner, and the Championship side - to help Bilic's men finish the month sixth in the table.
Both Noble and Eriksen also enjoyed excellent months for their sides. Noble was able to score the equaliser in their game against Norwich, while also bagging an assist in the win over Aston Villa, but it has been his energy in the middle of the park that has been so crucial to his team.
Meanwhile, the Spurs playmaker was able to help Mauricio Pochettino's men go unbeaten in the top flight throughout the month. And while he only scored once, his winner against Manchester City sent a real message to the rest of their title rivals and could prove to be a massive goal come the end of the season.
