David Wagner outlines why Leeds are so dangerous at the moment

The Terriers manager says the Whites three-match winning run will make them braver and more aggressive at Elland Road on Saturday.

Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner has told the club's official website that Leeds United will be especially dangerous in this weekend's Yorkshire derby because of their three-match winning streak.

The Terries travel to Elland Road on Saturday to face a rejuvenated Whites side who have recovered from a run of just one win in 11 Championship matches to record three consecutive victories.

Leeds striker Mirco Antenucci has found himself back in the goals again, hitting the net four times in the last three matches, and for the first time since December Steve Evans' players have got their tails up.

Wagner, who watched from the stands as his new side lost 3-0 to United at home in November, knows that his players will have to be at the very top of their game to come away with anything from the clash, with their local rivals having built up a head of steam in recent weeks.

The 44-year-old told the Huddersfield official website: "I think we have to be respectful when we go to Leeds on Saturday. We know that we have to come on our highest level; in concentration, in how fresh we are, be good at defending set pieces.

"I think that they will be brave and aggressive with three wins on their back. They will be a tough side. On the other side, there will not be so many surprises in their starting eleven, in their quality or type of player.

"We will analyse Leeds and we will find some spaces where we can hopefully hurt them. We will find a way where we will defend against them and then we have to make sure we bring our identity on the pitch."

If Leeds were to emerge victorious from the clash and make it four in a row, it would be the first time they have managed four straight wins in the Championship since November 2009, when they ultimately won promotion from League One.

Victory on Saturday could take the Whites into the top half of the Championship table.
