Villa are due to travel to the Liberty Stadium on Saturday, as they look to kickstart an unlikely escape from relegation.
However, Collymore believes that the Midlands side stand no chance of winning in Wales - as they have no passion for the club.
“I think Swansea will be breathing a huge sigh of relief after Newcastle lost to Leicester, but I think they’ll pick up a routine victory over Villa,” Collymore said.
“Villa almost know they have nothing to play for other than a bit of pride, and there is no pride in those Claret and Blue shirts at the moment.”
Villa have won just three matches all season, but they could move to within six points of safety if they are to beat Swansea.
Doing so will be a tough ask, though, as the Swansea have improved in recent weeks.
Francesco Guidolin’s side have won two of their last three matches, to move well clear of the relegation zone.
Villa, on the other hand, have lost their last five matches in succession and they do not appear to have the fight required to mount a push for survival.
