The two sides meet in the Europa League on Thursday.
The two sides meet at Old Trafford on Thursday in the second leg of their Europa League last six clashes.
Jurgen Klopp’s side hold the advantage in the tie from the first leg, after goals from Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino handed them a 2-0 win at Anfield.
The tie is far from over though, with United still harbouring more than an outside chance of turning things around.
Henderson though, says that it won’t matter what their opponents do if Liverpool focus on their own gameplay and execute that.
"We've got to prepare on what we want to do, focus on our game plan," he told Sky Sports.
"If we do that, it won't matter what Manchester United do. It's all about us.”
"I don't think we can worry too much about what United do, our main focus is on what we can do. Energy levels, playing high-intensity football."
Based on the first leg, you would certainly back Liverpool to emerge victorious at Old Trafford if they are their best.
Klopp’s side were fantastic in that game as they created numerous chances throughout the game, and arguably should have won by more than the 2-0 scoreline they did.
If they were to replicate that display then you would back them for success and comfortable progression in the tie as Henderson suggests.
