The five-time world snooker champion is willing Leicester on... but fancies Tottenham.

Five-time snooker world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan says he isn't a football fan but admits he can't help but keep an eye on Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City's Premier League title run-ins, according to Eurosport.

And 'the Rocket' is backing Tottenham to clinch the league title this campaign.

Indeed, O'Sullivan told Eurosport: "Who's gonna win the Premier League? I'm not a football fan but I can't help but notice that there are two teams fighting for the Premiership, Leicester and Spurs.

"I have to say I fancy Spurs but wouldn't it be great if the Foxes can do it? You can't help but want to will them to victory."

Tottenham have it all to do, of course, with Spurs' run-in tougher than Leicester's.

Not only do the Foxes have a five-point lead at the top of the Premier League table but Tottenham have to travel to Anfield and Stamford Bridge, as well as hosting the likes of Manchester United and Southampton.

Leicester, meanwhile, do also have to travel to the Bridge and Old Trafford but face slightly easier fixtures on paper.

Paper means nothing where a title race is concerned, however, and Tottenham have been backed by a man who very much knows what it takes to win.
