The German has been a big hit since replacing Brendan Rodgers.
The German replaced Brendan Rodgers at the club early on in the season, after a disappointing start to the season from the Reds.
Since then things have been inconsistent for his side, with several impressive victories, such as the one over the Manchester City tempered by disappointing losses, such as the one to Watford.
Nonetheless they did make it to the Capital One cup final, and have progressed to the latter stages of the Europa League also.
During his time in charge, it has been obvious Klopp is building something, and Kuyt is anticipating exciting times in future for the club under his leadership.
“It's an exciting time. They have a new manager, and one who has done some great things at his previous clubs,” he told liverpoolfc.com.
“The way he's involved with the game, his emotions and the way he talks and celebrates with his players, it looks good. It looks like he is connecting the players with the manager, and that is always something that is very good to see.”
“I am excited for the future. For the short term, it will be interesting to see if they can win some silverware this season, but in the long term it should also be very exciting.”
It has widely been accepted that next season is when Klopp’s influence will truly show at Anfield.
Much will likely rest on the work he undertakes in the summer transfer window, with many expecting a number of incomings and outgoings at the club.
If he is able to shape the squad how he wishes, it will be interesting to see how Liverpool perform in his first full season.
