Confirmed: Tottenham v Dortmund line-ups: Alli starts

Tottenham Hotspur take on Borussia Dortmund at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur are hoping for an unlikely turnaround if they are to progress to the Europa League quarter finals.

Spurs lost the first leg 3-0 at the Westfalenstadion, leaving Dortmund almost assured of qualification.

Mauricio Pochettino's team selection that night backfired, making a host of changes to their team which started the North London derby several days earlier.

Dele Alli is now back available after suspension, but Thomas Tuchel's Dortmund are a formidable force, powered by the star duo of Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus, who netted twice in the first leg.

Tottenham are competing on two fronts for trophies, although this one may now be beyond them. Their next Premier League fixture is against Bournemouth at the weekend.

If Dortmund score once this evening, Tottenham will have to net five goals to avoid being knocked out, courtesy of the away goals rule.
