The youngster is reportedly out of favour at Old Trafford, but could be ideal for Roberto Martinez's side.
Januzaj is reportedly in Louis Van Gaal’s bad books at present, with the Mirror reporting the manager has been unimpressed by the player’s bad attitude.
He, alongside fellow young star Andreas Pereira haven’t played for the first team in the last fortnight after disappointing in an Under-21 game against Middlesbrough last month.
And as far as the Mirror is concerned, should Van Gaal still be in a job come the summer he may sanction Januzaj being sold.
If that is the case, then Everton should make a move to secure his services.
The Blues need a left sided midfielder, with Steven Pienaar’s career winding down and Kevin Mirallas having failed to impress in the role.
The likes of Tom Cleverley and Ross Barkley have been used in that position, but that tends to leave the side imbalanced with both more suited to central roles.
Januzaj could help to solve that problem, with the idea of him on one wing and Gerard Deulofeu on the other a tantalising prospect.
He also fits into the model of the type of player Roberto Martinez has been keen to recruit during his time at the club.
Januzaj is young, talented and could be moulded into a top star, similar to how Romelu Lukaku, John Stones, Gerard Deulofeu and Ross Barkley are developing at present.
He is also likely to be available at an attractive price, not that money will be an issue following the investment of Farhad Moshiri.
That aforementioned quadruplet could also tempt him into a move to Merseyside, with their progress surely something he would like to replicate.
Of course, much will rest on who is in charge at Old Trafford come the summer, but should Januzaj be available, Everton should be at the front of the queue
