The youngster has impressed while out on loan and Klopp is keen to have him in his first team squad.
The Brazilian joined the club last summer, but has had to spend that time out on loan in Europe after work permit issues.
He has impressed at both SJK in Finland and with Belgian side Sint-Truidense, with his performances having earned him a call up to a Brazilian U-20s training camp.
That has delighted Klopp, who says that after watching Allan train back in December, he is keen to get him in his starting line up as soon as possible.
“When I came here, one or two months later Allan was here and I said ‘who is this?’” he told liverpoolfc.com.
"I saw him in training and I thought ‘oh my God, what can we do to keep this boy here and bring him into the line-up?’ He’s 19 years old, an outstanding talent.”
“He will be a fixed part of the squad in the future, for sure. Now he uses this time to improve and the next step to the U20 national team of Brazil is a great story."
If there is one manager who will certainly give Allan his chance it is Klopp, with the German having been a strong proponent of developing youth before now.
His biggest success is arguably Mario Gotze, who became a top talent during under his tutelage at Borussia Dortmund.
Indeed, Klopp has already shown his preference for youth with his efforts to develop Divock Origi at Liverpool, and will be hoping he, and the likes of Allan can be Reds stars of the future.
