Jason Cundy mocks Arsenal on Twitter, Richard Keys makes sarcastic comment about 26-year-old

Theo Walcott

Arsenal lost to Watford in the FA Cup on Sunday.

Former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur defender Jason Cundy has taken to social networking site Twitter to mock Arsenal following their FA Cup exit on Sunday afternoon.

Arsenal suffered a 2-1 defeat to Watford at the Emirates Stadium in North London in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

The loss means that there is a very good chance that the Gunners will end up without a trophy this season.

Arsene Wenger’s side are still in the race for the Premier League title, but Leicester City and Tottenham are ahead of them in the table.

A 2-0 home defeat to Barcelona in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie means that Arsenal are unlikely to progress to the quarter-finals of Europe’s premier club competition.

Meanwhile, well-known sports presenter Richard Keys has made a sarcastic comment about Arsenal forward Theo Walcott on Twitter.

The 26-year-old, who can play as a forward or as a winger, did not start the tie against Watford and came on a substitute in the 68th minute.

Back in September of last year, Keys questioned Walcott’s lack of development on his website (click here to read more), and he made a sarcastic comment about the England international when he was coming on as a substitute against Watford.
