West Ham are flying in the Premier League, and their talented youth system appears to be flourishing too.
We took a look at how fans were impressed with Burke a month ago, with the youngster establishing himself at the heart of City's defence.
Over the past month Cullen has forced his way into the team as a regular starter during an inital one month loan spell, and it was reported by The BBC at the end of last week that the Bantams have extended his loan deal until the end of the season.
Manager Phil Parkinson told BBC Radio Leeds: "We will enjoy Josh while we've got him because he's been terrific so far. He's a good young player and he'll have a very good career ahead of him."
On Saturday he made his sixth appearance for Bradford, helping them to a 2-1 win over Doncaster Rovers.
The win was enough to keep Bradford in sixth place, inside the play-offs, having beaten top placed side Burton Albion 2-0 earlier in the week at Valley Parade.
Cullen, 19, is an Ireland under-21 international, and after just a handful of games has the Bradford fans raving about him.
Here is a look at what they had to say on Twitter after the weekend's performance...
Josh Cullen what a player he is. Very reliable and keeps its simple in the midfield. Reminds me of Leon Britton #bcafc— Phil BCAFC (@PhilBradbury87) March 12, 2016
