Blackburn Rovers lost to Leeds United in the Championship on Saturday.

Blackburn Rovers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on the side’s defeat to Leeds United at home.

Rovers went down 2-1 to Leeds at Ewood Park in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

The West Yorkshire outfit took the lead in the 34th minute through Sol Bamba and doubled the advantage on 69 minutes through Mirco Antenucci.

The home team halved the deficit through Simeon Jackson in the 89th minute, but that did not prove to be enough to spark a comeback.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Ewood Park, hosts Blackburn had 50% of the possession, took nine shots of which five were on target, and earned eight corners.

Visitors Leeds had 50% of the possession, took 13 shots of which five were on target, and earned four corners.
