The Irish defender feels they were unlucky today.

Leeds United are celebrating their third straight win in the Championship after a 2-1 triumph over Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.

Sol Bamba scored a rare goal from a Leeds corner to give them the lead before Mirco Antenucci scored yet again to continue his fine form.

Simeon Jackson scored late on to give Leeds a nervy finish but they held on to secure their third win on the trot - the first time they have won three in a row since February 2015.

Blackburn however will feel they could have got something from this game. They had chances and played well throughout but could not get anything from the fixture.

One Rovers player has now been on Twitter discussing the game.

Centre-back Shane Duffy was clearly not pleased with the result and feels they could have beaten Leeds:

The former Everton man probably feels rightly aggrieved but Leeds fans won't care.

They are currently on a good run of form and this result moves them into the top-half of the table.

Blackburn remain on 43 points, seven points clear of relegation in 16th.
