The Hull midfielder has been discussing the Tottenham boss.
Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tom Huddlestone has praised Mauricio Pochettino for his overall work at White Hart Lane despite their 3-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund on Thursday night, according to Sky Sports.
And the Hull City midfielder says some of the Tottenham players have told him all about Pochettino's famous double training sessions.
Huddlestone told a press conference, broadcast by Sky Sports News on Friday afternoon: "He did well at Southampton and he’s carried on at Tottenham. I’ve spoken to a few of the players and they enjoy training under him, they’ve told me they’re doing double sessions throughout the season, which is unheard of in this country.
"They’ve done well this season. They had a poor performance and result last night but they deserve to be where they are in the league."
Next up for Spurs is a Premier League clash against Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon and many will be livid if the north London side don't get a result against Remi Garde's men after resting half the team against Borussia Dortmund.
But it would take a miraculous meltdown for Tottenham to fail to beat Villa based on recent form.
Tottenham are still only five points behind league leaders Leicester City and no one should lose sight that a top-four finish still represents an excellent season at White Hart Lane.
