Confirmed: Dortmund v Tottenham line-ups: Onomah starts

Tottenham and Dortmund face off in the Europa League.

Tottenham Hotspur face a challenging test of their credentials when they take on Borussia Dortmund this evening.

The Europa League first leg kicks off at 6pm, with Dortmund hosting the tie.

Tottenham are considered as serious challengers to win the tournament, after knocking out Fiorentina in the previous round.

It is just three years ago that Dortmund were in the Champions League final a poor season under Jurgen Klopp last year saw them only scrape entry into the Europa League.

Now managed by Thomas Tuchel, they have been bouncing back, led by prolific goalscorer Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.

They are in a similar position domestically to Spurs, sitting second in the Bundesliga, five points behind leaders Bayern Munich.

Tottenham are without star youngster Dele Alli for the fixture who is suspended, while Eric Dier and Danny Rose also miss out through injury.
