Leeds United goalkeeper Marco Silvestri impressed with his display against Cardiff.
Former Leeds United defender Ian Harte was pleased to see his old club record an away win over Cardiff City.
The win was Leeds' second in succession, and Harte attributed the team's success in part down to the performance of Marco Silvestri.
Silvestri was outstanding in the Leeds goal, and Harte praised him as being the man-of-the-match in the 2-0 victory.
Silvestri's performance was the most complete his has produced this season, and if he can play like that each week then there will be very few doubts over his future at the club.
The Italian goalkeeper is into his second season at the club and has improved after a sloppy first half of the season.
His performance gave Leeds a platform for success, with Souleymane Doukara and Mirco Antenucci both scoring in the victory.
The win lifted Leeds into 15th place in the Championship table, and it was important to get a result after their last away game, a 4-0 loss to Brighton.
