The Dutchman scored a great volley in a 2-0 win.
QPR took a much needed three points against promotion chasing Derby County earlier this evening, thanks to goals from Tjaronn Chery and Gabriele Angella.
The two summer signings have had contrasting seasons, with the Italian struggling to find his best form and regular football.
Dutchman Chery meanwhile has been a good signing and he scored an excellent goal to get the party started tonight.
He reacted quickly in the area to fire home a left-footed bicycle kick into the back of the Derby County net.
If he had done the same from about 20 yards further out then it might have been on par with a great goal once scored at QPR from Trevor Sinclair.
The former England international was clearly pleased with the goal, as he tweeted to QPR fans.
Although, and excuse the pun, he needed two bites of the cherry to get his name right...
Chery's goal was his seventh of the season and his third in his last five games.
It was a lovely goal and Sinclair was right to show his appreciation on Twitter.
Hopefully he can continue this form in the coming weeks.
