Nottingham Forest duo Britt Assombalonga and Henri Lansbury are pushing hard to make their returns for the club.
The duo were pictured sparring with a trainer in the gym, with Assombalonga commenting on Twitter that the workout lasted three hours.
Assombalonga has been out of action for more than a year with a serious knee injury, while Lansbury picked up an ankle injury in January and has been out ever since.
The pair have evidently not given up on making a first team return this season, although are not yet back in full first team training.
After a good run early in the year, Forest have slipped to 14th place in the Championship table, and getting either player back would be a big boost to their morale.
Assombalonga was Forest's top scorer last season before his injury, but they are being careful not to rush his return.
A comeback ahead of the clash away to rivals Derby County on March 19 for either player would be an ideal outcome, but just seeing them back at all will guarantee a roar from supporters.
