West Ham winger’s response when asked to choose between FA Cup and top-four

West Ham United are going strong in the Premier league at the moment.

West Ham United winger Michail Antonio said on the Goals on Sunday show on Sky Sports 1 on Sunday morning (March 6) that he would rather win the FA Cup than finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.

"I'd take an FA Cup win all day,” said Antonio when asked to choose between an FA Cup or a top-four finish.

“Top four is amazing but it's one of those things where you're part of history if you win the FA Cup. It's a massive competition.

"You will always be remembered, and you don't really get remembered for finishing fourth.”

West Ham are having a fabulous season and could finish in the top four of the Premier League.

With teams around them dropping points, recent results have put the Hammers in genuine contention for a Champions League place.

The London outfit also have the chance to win the FA Cup this campaign. Slaven Bilic’s side will take on Premier League rivals Manchester United away from home at Old Trafford in the quarter-finals of the prestigious cup competition next weekend.

This is West Ham’s final season at the Boleyn Ground, and it is going to be massive for the fans if they win the FA Cup and/or finish in the top four of the Premier League.
