Neil McCann said on the Sky Sports Now show on Sky Sports News HQ on Monday morning (March 7, 10:55am) that Rangers will take their Scottish Cup semi-final tie against Celtic to a replay.
Rangers will take on Old Firm rivals Celtic in the semi-finals of the prestigious cup competition next month.
The tie will be played in Glasgow, and former Rangers winger McCann believes that it will be decided only after a replay.
"I think Rangers will possibly take it to a replay, Celtic may shade it." said McCann on the Sky Sports Now show on Sky Sports News HQ on Monday morning (March 7, 10:55am) when asked about his prediction of the game.
Rangers are going strong in the Scottish Championship at the moment, and they will head into the game against Celtic with confidence.
Based on current form, the Bhoys will find it tough against the Gers, but between now and the tie, Ronny Deila’s side could and should improve.
In a cup tie, anything is possible, and given the strength of the Celtic squad - on paper at least - they will be favourites.
However, in a one-off game, Rangers will fancy their chances of winning against their bitter rivals and proving a point.
