Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo sent a message to first team boss Jurgen Klopp with a strong performance for the under-21 side last night.
The teenager struck a hat-trick to give the Reds a 3-2 victory against Middlesbrough, continuing a strong 2016 since his recall from Championship side Wolves.
Ojo scored in the FA Cup earlier this year and is showing signs he can be a major talent, and follow Jordon Ibe, and the now sold Raheem Sterling, by stepping up to become a first team regular.
Liverpool could even consider the option of including Ojo in their Europa League squad this Thursday, with the winger full of confidence.
Ojo's loan spell at Wolves was mixed earlier in the season, getting on the scoresheet but also frustrating fans with his displays, but at just 18, it is to be expected he is not the finished article yet, and the progress he did make was impressive, to even be scoring goals in the Championship at his age.
Since returning to the Reds he appears to have kicked on, and last night was the latest evidence of him excelling.
Here is a look at how fans reacted to Ojo's performance...
