Commentator delivers the best line yet to describe Leicester City's brilliant Riyad Mahrez

Just when you thought there was no more that could be said about Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez along comes the best line of the lot.

The skillful Algerian was the star of the show again with the deciding goal as the Foxes stretched their lead at the top of the Premier League to five points with a 1-0 win over Watford on Saturday night.

Fans, pundits and football writers alike have been running out of superlatives to describe Mahrez's performances for Claudio Ranieri's side.

Many feel he should be crowned the Player of the Year after notching his 15th goal, with 11 assists also in the bag as the Foxes mount the most unlikely title challenge in the history of English football.

A sporting commentary classic

But just when you thought no more could be said of his talents along comes a line that will surely go down as one of the all-time sporting commentary classics.

Steve Wilson was the man in the commentary box for BBC's Match of the Day and sympathised with Watford's defenders as he watched Mahrez dazzle.

And in a moment of commentating genius, Wilson delivered a brilliant assessment to sum up how difficult he is to deal with.

Foxes, fish and teaspoons

Having earlier referred to him as Fantastic Mr Fox, Wilson said on MOTD: "He's like trying to catch a fish in a teaspoon Riyad Mahrez.

"You just sometimes got to accept you're not going to do it."

Round of applause to Wilson for such a brilliant line.
