Stephen Hendrie reacts on Twitter to Celtic-Rangers draw, Championship trio are thrilled

The West Ham and Hull players were delighted that Celtic have been drawn against Rangers in the Scottish Cup semi-final.

West Ham United-owned defender Stephen Hendrie was delighted to see Celtic draw Rangers in the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup.

The West Ham prospect is a Celtic fan and was excited to see a repeat of last season's Scottish League Cup semi-final.

Rangers are in far better form this time around than last campaign - and West Ham-owned Hendrie is thrilled by the draw.

So too were Hull City midfielders David Meyler and Robert Snodgrass, meanwhile. They would like to attend Celtic - Rangers, a tie that is guaranteed to get Scotland talking.

At the same time, it should be a much closer affair than it was last season.

Another of the Hull trio, Andrew Robertson, took to social media to warn that Rangers are a better team this time around.

The Hull man was a Celtic youth player and is interested to see the outcome at Hampden Park...
