Rangers v Celtic tie has Trevor Sinclair and Michael Ball excited

Watford youngster George Byers backs Rangers to win the Scottish Cup semi-final tie against Celtic.

Michael Ball has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the Scottish Cup semi-final draw.

Ball’s former club Rangers will take on Old Firm rivals Celtic for a place in the final of the prestigious cup competition.

The former England international defender is excited at the prospect of the clash between Rangers and Celtic.

Trevor Sinclair, who played for Queens Park Rangers and West Ham United among other clubs, believes that this is the draw that Celtic wanted.

Meanwhile, 19-year-old Watford midfielder George Byers, a former Scotland Under-17 international, has given his backing to Rangers to win the tie.

Rangers and Celtic are the two biggest clubs in Scotland, and the semi-final tie promises to be hugely exciting.

Although the Gers are in the Scottish Championship at the moment, the Glasgow outfit will not be scared to face the Bhoys.

In fact, with Celtic not playing well at the moment, Mark Warburton’s side will fancy their chances of getting the better of the Hoops.
