The winger is clearly pleased to be playing under the Scotsman.

Nottingham Forest have a real gem on their hands in the form of Oliver Burke.

The Scottish winger has emerged on the scene this season as a real top talent and is now a regular first-team member at the club.

Burke's excellent form has even seen him being handed a new deal at Forest, keeping him at the club until 2020.

The transfer embargo at the club has meant Dougie Freedman having to give more opportunities to younger players which has helped Burke emerge as a real talent at the club.

The teenager has thrived in his role this season and has been singing the praises of Freedman this weekend.

Speaking to Youth Academy he made it clear he was very happy with the way he has been treated by the Forest boss:

"Dougie has helped me a lot giving me opportunities and believing in my talent.

"I think he's fantastic, making sure I keep my feet on the ground, and making me the best player possible as he works me hard in training."

Burke, who is currently absent from the Forest first-team with a wrist injury, has featured in 13 games for Forest this season - scoring twice - prior to his injury problem in mid-February.

Hopefully he can return to fitness in the coming weeks and help Forest get back on form.
