Aston Villa striker suggests Christian Benteke dived on Twitter, Jack Grealish tweets Liverpool hero

The Belgian scored the winning goal for new team Liverpool this afternoon.

There was plenty of debate and controversy at the end of the Crystal Palace v Liverpool game today.

The tie finished 2-1 to Liverpool thanks to a late Christian Benteke goal.

The Belgian was excellent after coming off the bench for Liverpool, but earned a controversial penalty in the last minute which he duly dispatched.

But the debate raged over whether he dived or not. In the end it became clear that Palace centre-back Damien Delaney, who was foolish to go to ground anyway, had made contact with Benteke. Whether it was enough to send him tumbling is another debate.

One Aston Villa youngster was certain however. Rushian Hepburn-Murphy might be a name Villa fans get to know in the future - with Villa set for relegation.

The poor form at Villa Park this term has not been helped by the summer departure of Benteke to Liverpool but the teenage Villa talent believes he did take a tumble:

Another young Villa talent also had his say, although this one is a little better known.

Jack Grealish however was simply praising the coolness in which Benteke took his penalty - which was nonchalant to say the least:

Benteke, who has struggled for his best form at Liverpool, will now hope to have more performances like this in the weeks to come.
