The Frenchman is a big fan of his Argentine coach.
Tottenham Hotspur face Arsenal in a massive North London derby this afternoon, perhaps the biggest in history.
Spurs' success has been largely down to the management of Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine, who previously had success at Southampton, has forged a young and exuberant squad playing a perfect style of football for the Premier League.
At the head of it all is captain Hugo Lloris.
The French international, who also happens to be Les Bleus captain, has been speaking to FIFA.com this week about all things France and Spurs.
When he had this to say about the coaching of the Argentine:
"Last year was a transitional season and we had to adapt to the new philosophy of Mauricio Pochettino.
"A new type of football, with its own style.
"He puts a lot of faith in the people around him. This creates a spirit in the coaching staff, him and the players. We can only move forward in this way."
The spirit is certainly something that Tottenham fans can vouch for. The general feeling around the club at the moment is one of high hopes and expectations - with such a young team and exciting ideas.
Lloris is thriving under Poch's management, as are many of the other Tottenham first-team stars.
If he can continue to have this positive impact on the team, perhaps they will top the Premier League table come May.
