Oxford is one of the more promising young players in England and has already played in the Premier League for West Ham.
The 17-year-old is a versatile player who can feature as central defender or as a defensive midfielder.
Henry, who is 22 years of age and plays as a defender, has been on the books of West Ham since the summer of 2015.
Dobson also moved to the Hammers in the summer of 2015 after leaving London rivals Arsenal.
The 18-year-old is a highly-rated central defender, and perhaps he will make his debut for West Ham this afternoon.
