Report names three Aston Villa youngsters who will be used next season

Aston Villa are set to utilise their academy players in the Championship next season.

A report in the Telegraph has named three youngsters who Aston Villa plan to utilise in the Championship next season.

Villa have accepted that they are set to be relegated to the second tier, and they are aware that this will require some major squad restructuring this summer.

Big earning players will be let go, and the management plan to rebuild a squad based around a number of the talented youngsters that Villa possess in their academy system.

For all the negativity around Villa Park at the moment, there is a belief that their academy system is one of the best in England, and a number of the young talents are expected to make the step up to the first-team in the coming years.

With the club spending next season in the Championship, it is the prime time to bring these players in, and the club are ready to build a squad around these youngsters.

The report names three in particular who are expected to become first-team players next year, and be given their chance in the Championship.

Striker Rushian Hepburn-Murphy, midfielder Andre Green and defender Jake Humphries are believed to be ready to make the step up, and they will become first-team players from next season.
