Liverpool are interested in signing Sofiane Feghouli this summer, the Sun reports.
The 26-year-old attacker is considered one of the best players in La Liga outside of Barcelona and Real Madrid, and a move to a bigger club is expected soon.
He is out-of-contract this summer, and it is believed that Feghouli has turned down a new offer from Gary Neville’s side, with his mind set on leaving this summer.
Naturally a winger, the Algerian international has struggled this season with injury preventing any sort of consistency, and he has managed just one goal in 16 appearances.
However, he is held in extremely high regard in La Liga, with 31 goals and 40 assists in 195 games for Valencia.
Still, he is looking for a free transfer this summer, and Liverpool are keeping tabs on the attacker.
The Merseyside club have bene interested in Feghouli for a long time, and they believe this is their best chance of signing him, especially as he will be available for free.
Manchester United are also reportedly tracking Feghouli, and the winger will have a big decision to make this summer with him set to hit his peak whilst with his next club.
