Leicester are planning a surprising move for Kamil Glik this summer, TMW reports.
The Foxes are eyeing up the Polish centre-back, believing he can bring added steel to their back-line.
Robert Huth and Wes Morgan have been extremely impressive this season, but they are both in their 30s, and the cover for them is not particularly great.
Marcin Wasilewski is past his best, and Liam Moore does not look good enough for the Premier League, and so Claudio Ranieri has targeted Glik as a summer recruit.
This is a surprising move, considering the report references interest from both Spurs and Manchester City, and with Glik considered one of the best centre-backs in Serie A.
Still, Champions League football and a possible league title will give the Foxes great pulling power in the transfer market, and Glik would be a fantastic signing.
Poland international Glik is Torino captain, and since moving to the Turin club in 2011 he has played 163 times, to great reception.
There is no indication as to a fee Torino will be requesting for Glik this summer.
