The Gers are going strong in the Scottish Championship at the moment and are likely to get automatic promotion to the Scottish Premiership at the end of the season.
This means that the Glasgow giants could be looking to sign players in the summer transfer window.
McParland has revealed that there are clubs who are offering Rangers players to sign on loan.
The Rangers recruitment chief has also suggested that the Glasgow giants could do business with Liverpool and City.
“It falls down to what positions we need, the level of the player, the level of the club, how we play football here,” The Glasgow Evening Times quoted McParland as saying.
“We are getting clubs who are actually offering us players now where we used to knock on the door and ask for players.
“We have got a great relationship with a few London clubs, with Liverpool, with Man City. We will only bring top players here on loan.”
Rangers signed defender Dominic Ball and midfielder Gedion Zelalem on season-long loan deals from Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal respectively in the summer of 2015.
Signing young and talented players in the summer transfer window will help the Gers and the parent clubs.
Mark Warburton’s side are at the top of the Scottish Championship table at the moment with 69 points from 27 matches, 14 points clear of second-placed Hibernian.
