Antonio has scored four goals in his last four outings at Upton Park, and he netted the winner against Tottenham Hotspur in the London side’s last match.
The 25-year-old powered home a header from a corner to provide the Hammers with the three points against their local rivals.
And Noble said: “Michail is a threat and he is a Premier League goalscorer. His confidence is through the roof at the moment and that is how we want to keep it.
“That was not a bad way for us to finish our last ever game against Spurs at the Boleyn Ground.”
Antonio made a slow start at West Ham, after joining from Nottingham Forest last summer, but he has made up for lost time now.
The powerful winger has scored five Premier League goals in 16 appearances, and his effort and desire has made him a fans’ favourite already.
Antonio’s rise to prominence may have gone slightly under the radar, due to the form of the likes of Dimitri Payet and Manuel Lanzini, but he has still been very impressive.
Antonio has established himself in Slaven Bilic’s starting line-up now, and he is likely to play a key role of the rest of the season, as the Hammers look at claim a top four spot.
West Ham’s are currently one point behind the Champions League qualification spaces, with their next match coming against Everton at Goodison Park.
