Video on Twitter proves that the West Ham boss loves his players.
Are Slaven Bilic's man-management skills the secret behind West Ham United's brilliant season so far?
Michail Antonio struck the only goal of the game after seven minutes as Bilic's boys moved one point behind fourth-placed Manchester City, who have a game in hand.
Last night's clash at the Boleyn Ground also saw the return of fan favourite Diafra Sakho, who replaced Manuel Lanzini with six minutes to go for what was his first appearance since November following a thigh injury.
Just before his introduction, the Croatian manager was seen preparing the striker for his return with three public displays of affection that the club's fans will adore.

Dimitri Payet is considered one of the primary reasons behind the Irons' form, but Bilic has clearly developed a bond with his players and they appear to be playing out of their skins every week for the 47-year-old.
Next up for United in their top-four pursuit is a tricky trip to Everton on Saturday afternoon.
