If most Liverpool fans had their way, a new goalkeeper would be top of Jurgen Klopp's shopping list this summer.
The Belgian was handed a new five-year contract earlier this year, but his performances before and since have largely failed to justify the club's decision.
No Premier League shot-stopper has made more errors leading to goals than Mignolet this season (John Ruddy, Lukasz Fabianski and Artur Boruc also have three), yet Klopp continues to play the man he called the "smartest goalkeeper he's ever worked with", as quoted by the Telegraph in December.

Another error arrived in Sunday's Capital One Cup final defeat to Manchester City, with Mignolet allowing Fernandinho's shot to slip through him, though he partially redeemed himself with a string of saves to take the game to extra-time and penalties.
That said, one TalkSPORT caller on Thursday suggested centre-half should be Klopp's main priority, adding: "Mignolet I’m not sure about," with Murphy quick to reply: “That’s generous!”
Barcelona's Marc-Andre ter Stegen is one goalkeeping target, according to a rumour round-up on Liverpool's website, along with Mainz 05 goalkeeper Loris Karius.
