Sheffield Wednesday defender Jack Hunt has taken to social networking site Twitter to hail West Ham United winger Michail Antonio.

Hunt played with Antonio during a loan spell at Championship side Nottingham Forest in 2014.

The 25-year-old former Crystal Palace man was impressed with the West Ham winger’s performance against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday evening.

Antonio started the game against Spurs at the Boleyn Ground and played for the entire 90 minutes.

It was the 25-year-old winger’s goal in the seventh minute which proved to be the difference between the two London teams.

The former Wednesday man took four shots, had a pass accuracy of 57%, created one chance, attempted two dribbles, and made four interceptions, one clearance and two blocks.

Antonio, who joined West Ham from Forest in the summer of 2015, took a while to adapt to the Premier League, but he is now a key player for the Hammers.
