David Preece raves about Adrian on Twitter

David Preece was impressed with Adrian’s performance for West Ham United on Wednesday evening.

David Preece has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his admiration of West Ham United goalkeeper Adrian.

The former Sunderland prospect has claimed that the 29-year-old Spaniard is outstanding.

Preece made the comments following West Ham’s 1-0 victory over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Boleyn Ground in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.

Adrian featured in the game and played for the entire 90 minutes, making as many as four saves.

The goalkeeper joined West Ham on a free transfer in the summer of 2013 after leaving Spanish outfit Real Betis.

The Spaniard has kept eight clean sheets in 25 Premier League appearances so far this season.

Adrian has made 2.68 saves per game and 2.68 saves per goal on average for the Hammers this campaign.

West Ham are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 46 points from 28 matches.

The London outfit are just a point behind Manchester City, who are currently fourth in the standings and have a game in hand.
