Stan Collymore predicts West Ham's run-in including crunch match vs Spurs

Upton Park

Stan Collymore has been having his say on West Ham United's upcoming games including tonight's huge clash with fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Slaven Bilic's sixth-placed Hammers take on second-placed Spurs knowing victory could leave them just one point off the Champions League places with 10 games remaining.

Spurs meanwhile know a win could leave them top of the table and realistically eyeing a shock title tilt.

Former Aston Villa and Liverpool star Collymore has predicted the outcome of the London derby as he assessed West Ham's chances in their next six Premier League matches.

'Hammers imperious at home'

Speaking on talkSPORT, Collymore praised the Hammers for making Upton Park a fortress again in what is the last ever season at their home of 112 years.

"West Ham are eighth in the form table currently (but) they are imperious at home," Collymore said on talkSPORT.

"The last six games at the Boleyn Ground as you'd expect as we see the end of that great stadium, (they've) won four games, drawn two.

"A little bit trickier on the road, their last six games they've won one away.

"I have got a point for the game, local derby, means a hell of a lot to West Ham, because of the overlap between the two areas in North East London.

"I'm going for a point from West Ham vs Spurs."

In truth both sides would probably be happy with a point but will be desperate for the bragging rights in what has become one of the most intense derbies in the top flight.

Pundit predicts Hammers run-in

Collymore then has the Hammers down for another draw against Everton at the weekend, three points over Watford, a point away at Chelsea, a point against Crystal Palace, defeats to Arsenal, Leicester City and Manchester United.

He also predicted victories away at West Bromwich Albion and at home to Swansea City as well as a point against Stoke leaving them with 57 points at the end of the season.
