Rangers eased to victory in the Scottish Championship last night, beating Raith Rovers 2-0.
Harry Forrester and Lee Wallace grabbed the goals, but the buzz after the game came courtesy of youngster Liam Burt.
The 17-year-old has been talked up for several months after impressive performances for the development side, while the Scottish Sun reported in January that Celtic had made unsuccessful attempts to lure him away.
Last night was a significant one for him, as he came off the bench in the 81st minute to make his debut, replacing Andy Halliday in midfield.
Burt did not have much time to impress but tried to create a positive impression, fizzing a shot over the bar.
The Scotland youth international's progress is promising to see, and with the win taking Rangers 14 points clear at the top of the league, there could be plenty of game time for Burt between now and the end of the season if the club continue their current form.
Here is a look at how Rangers fans reacted to seeing the young talent in action...
