Former Tottenham chairman is worried after the clubs' loss at Upton Park.
Former Tottenham chairman Lord Sugar has commented on Twitter after the club's defeat to West Ham.
Now Sugar says he is worried about Tottenham even making the top four.
That's spurs for you everytime we have the chance to go up we fail . So let's hope we stay in the top 4— Lord Sugar (@Lord_Sugar) March 2, 2016
This seems a bit of an over reaction, but the defeat was certainly an opportunity missed.
Leicester entered the midweek fixtures with a two point advantage but this has been increased to three points despite their draw with West Brom, which had been seen as two points dropped.
The only good news for Tottenham was that Arsenal suffered a shock 2-1 loss at the hands of Swansea City at The Emirates, with ex-Spurs man Wayne Routledge among the goal scorers.
Manchester City lost to Liverpool, while Manchester United and West Ham's wins brings them closer to the battle for Champions League places, but at present Spurs are seven points clear of fifth place.
