Tottenham Hotspur won against Fiorentina and Swansea City in their last two matches.
Tottenham got the better of Swansea City 2-1 at White Hart Lane in the Premier League at the weekend.
Last week, Spurs defeated Fiorentina 3-0 in North London in the second leg of the Europa League round of 32 tie.
The two wins immediately following a 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at home in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
Former Tottenham midfielder Jenas believes that the last two results prove that there is a shift in mentality in the team.
“The manager will no doubt be aware that it was exactly this time last year when Tottenham's season began to unravel,” Jenas wrote on Yahoo.com. “They were beaten by Chelsea in the League Cup final and then fell away in the league.
“That's why he would have been so encouraged to see them bounce back from last week's FA Cup defeat to Crystal Palace by negotiating a tricky Europa League tie against Fiorentina and then coming from behind to beat Swansea. It's further evidence of the huge shift in mentality from last season.”
Tottenham will return to action this evening when they take on London rivals West Ham United away from home at the Boleyn Ground in the Premier League.
Spurs are second in the league table at the moment with 54 points from 27 matches. Mauricio Pochettino’s side will go level on points with leaders Leicester if they win against the Hammers.
