Liverpool, Arsenal and Watford are eyeing up a move for Aly Malle, the Daily Mail reports.
The Malian winger currently plays for Black Stars in his homeland, but his impressive displays have seen him linked with a move to the Premier League.
Arsenal and Liverpool are considering him, but Watford are hoping to get ahead in the race and have already opened talks with the 17-year-old.
It is stated that Manchester City and PSG are also keen, but the Hornets are leading the race for his signature.
Malle himself is said to be keen on a move to the Premier League, and he could view Watford as the best chance to play first-team football, rather than joining the bloated youth ranks at Liverpool and Arsenal.
Who is Aly Malle?
Malle, 17, is a left-footed winger who can play anywhere along the front line. He plays for Black Stars in Mali, and earned rave reviews last year whilst playing in the Under-17 World Cup.
He scored two goals and registered two assists in seven games, as Mali reached the Final before losing to Nigeria.
He is considered one of the best teenage talents in World football, and any Premier League club would be lucky to secure his signing in the coming months.
