Leeds United fans react on Twitter to Sol Bamba's performance

Amex Stadium Brighton 2

Sol Bamba was found wanting as Leeds United lost to Brighton and Hove Albion.

Leeds United produced an woeful display against Brighton - and their captain was at the heart of it.

Brighton left the Whites shell shocked at half time, already 4-0 up after an impressive display helped by some calamitous Leeds defending.

Leeds were forced into a defensive re-think with Giuseppe Bellusci suspended, and this unsettled their backline.

Scott Wootton was brought back in at right-back, with Lewie Coyle moved out to right wing.

Bamba was caught out for two of the Brighton goals, while Wootton gave away a penalty.

Little is expected from Wootton after his own goal cost the club in the FA Cup, but more is required of Leeds captain.

Bamba has been out of the side in recent weeks but played well in the match against Fulham last week. This was a backwards step.

He saved an almost certain fifth with a tackle late in the second half but by that time it was too little too late.

Fans were brutally critical of his performance. Here is a look at the reaction via Twitter...
