Rotherham United boss Neil Warnock has warned Sheffield Wednesday his side hold no fear heading into next weekend's clash.
The Millers are battling relegation while Wednesday are striving for promotion, but after notching his first win as Rotherham boss at the weekend, Warnock is confident his side can give the Owls a good test.
Speaking after the 2-1 victory over Brentford on Saturday, Warnock told Rotherham's official website:
"I want to get this place buzzing again, and it is, the lads are buzzing and so are the fans now – I am sure they’re looking forward to the games.”
“We are at Sheffield Wednesday next week, and I’m really looking forward to that one, and they're playing well this year – but we can go there and give them a game.”
The match at Hillsborough will not be easy, with the Owls in sixth position and hoping to pick up momentum in their battle to win promotion.
Rotherham are in 22nd place, still in the relegation zone, but they halved the six point deficit to 21st place MK Dons with a win at the weekend.
Warnock is well remembered for his managerial role with Sheffield United, in which he led them to the Premier League and also to an FA Cup semi-final, and damaging Wednesday's promotion bid would only make him more revered by Blades fans.
