Aston Villa are set to take on Everton at Villa Park on Tuesday evening.
Villa lost their last game 2-1 to Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium, but Villa’s performance encouraged Garde.
The French boss felt that his side put in a committed display against Mark Hughes’ side, and he has suggested that he will keep his faith in the players who started at the Britannia Stadium.
"I think the way the team behaves (against Stoke) gives me reason not to make too many changes, because I think in terms of spirit the same players responded very well," he said.
"I don’t think I have too much choice, secondly.”
Villa went into their match against Stoke on the back of a 6-0 defeat to Liverpool, and after that humiliation Garde promised that he would only pick 11 players who he trusted to show passion and desire.
He did seem to get some response from his squad against Stoke, but good performances simply are not good enough for Villa at this stage of the season.
The Claret and Blues are in dire need of results as they are currently propping up the Premier League table.
Villa are eight points adrift of safety as things stand and only a miraculous recovery would see them avoid the drop this season.
Garde’s side’s next match comes against Everton on Tuesday evening.
