Championship Manager (or Football Manager) is a wonderful thing. In the game, many hours have been spent by loyal fans trying to right the wrongs their football club commits in the real world.

For Leeds United supporters, that's probably more apt than most - if not any other team. Frequently, on Football Manager guides and walkthroughs, Leeds are suggested as the perfect club to guide to glory.

A sleeping giant, United have the fan base and history to walk among the top sides in Europe once again.

Former striker Noel Whelan, meanwhile, was getting carried away in that make-believe world all football fans love to take a trip to.

Indeed, in his game, he guided Leeds to a 5-1 win at Brighton, who the Whites travel to in the Championship on Monday night. However, Leeds supporters aren't exactly optimistic of their chances, responding en masse to Whelan suggesting the side would be lucky to score five before the end of the season...
