Michael Vaughan reacted to Leeds United being 4-0 down at half-time to Brighton.
Leeds United turned in one of worst 45 minutes of football by any team in the Championship this season against Brighton.
The Whites went in at half-time 4-0 down away to Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium.
The rout began when the returning Scott Wootton gave away a penalty, and Leeds leaked three goals since to a ruthless Brighton side.
Famous Sheffield Wednesday fan, former England Ashes winning cricket captain Michael Vaughan, could not resist poking fun at rivals Leeds.
Declare Brighton ... Give the small team at the Top of the M1 a chance .....— Michael Vaughan (@MichaelVaughan) February 29, 2016
Leeds sit in 17th position in the Championship, owner Massimo Cellino's unlucky number, while Brighton appear to be strengthening their promotion credentials.
They are a rival to Sheffield Wednesday to reach the top flight, but Leeds are simply so awful at the Amex that all that has gone out of the window as Owls fans relish in Steve Evans' side's plight.
Leeds boss Steve Evans has been promising a promotion challenge for the club next season, but judging on this display so far, the Whites could not possibly be further away, and a desperate second half turn around is needed.
