Indeed, Antonio's winner against Sunderland on Saturday afternoon capped yet another stellar performance from the 25-year-old - and the Hammers faithful were left delighted.
For Nottingham Forest fans, though, it's a case of what could have been. The Championship side let Antonio join West Ham in August and could have done with his goals and assists in the second tier this season.
At least Forest let the winger go for a top-flight move, however. Sheffield Wednesday fans are filled with regret that they lost him to another Championship side.
Both Wednesday and Nottingham Forest fans are full of praise for the West Ham man, however, and Sunderland are the latest side to be on the receiving end of an Antonio winner.
Here's how Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest's supporters reacted on Twitter to the 25-year-old's display v Sunderland:
Remind me why Antonio got so much abuse from some of our expert fans ? #swfc— John (@johnrocknrolla) February 27, 2016
'Cashing in' on Antonio and getting May was like exchanging your 2015 Merc for a 2016 Fiat with some change in cup holder #swfc— David Bly (@DJ_Bly) February 27, 2016
Anyone know if we got a sell on clause built in on the Antonio transfer? #nffc— Marc Ost (@marcost68) February 27, 2016
Antonio has been superb for West Ham recently. No shock to any NFFC fans— Warren Allsworth (@warrenallsworth) February 27, 2016
